Intentional Wellbeing Group Sundays 2-3 pm
Group practice sessions providing a mindfulness based approach to connect to your intuitive voice and identify desires fostering balance and fulfillment in your life. Intentionally choose to “be on your own side,” as Rick Hanson Ph.D. would say. Listening to your intuitive voice; where are you lacking acceptance, self-care, or finding difficulty making progress towards what you are passionate about? Break through the blocks keeping you from doing small, daily self-care that keep you grounded to take steps towards your long-term goals for a meaningful life.
Your session includes guided meditation as well as dialogue and instruction. Intentional Wellbeing is tailored to be effective for people attending once and more beneficial for ongoing group members. This class is open to all. Donation class suggested $10-$20, or $5-$10 for students.

8 Week Meditation Series with Stacy January 30 7-8 pm
Your eight session class focuses on meditations that cultivate bodhicitta—an awakened heart-mind—finding greater presence with oneself, others and the world as we experience grief and losses in our lives. Difficult emotions like fear, anxiety, sadness, anger can keep us stuck and stop us from the multiple invitations to fully enter life, greet it and be curious about all of our experiences. We will explore how meditation and a kind and compassionate heart impact our capacity to be present and engaged with and for life, people, and loved ones as we all face times of grief and loss. Come and explore these practices whether you have never meditated or if you have practiced meditation before. We will practice:
· Body scan, breath and calm abiding meditations
· Pure Motivation, Mirror of the Mind, and Insight meditations
· Loving-kindness and Compassion practices–increases our capacity to care for others and ourselves
· Tonglen-the practice of taking and sending-provides a larger frame for grief, loss, change and pain
$15.00/session drop in or $105.00 for 8 sessions, contact Stacy to register at email@example.com
