Hiawatha Yoga LLC is a wellness based center. We offer small yoga, meditation and other wellness workshops providing individual attention for your needs. Our teachers are welcoming and skilled in offering yoga to meet the needs of total beginners and to people with yoga experience. Hiawatha Yoga strives to offer a community space where people can get to know each other, feel connected to each other and their community. Hiawatha Yoga’s wellness classes for regular people of all body types and abilities. We also have an internship program for new yoga teachers that offer donation based classes.
Our partners includes Metabody, a Canadian based company that promotes small local studios in cities around the United States using Groupon to offer fitness passes and the CareXtend program that will be open to Blue Cross Blue Shield members for discounted yoga classes starting in 2014.
Our corporate/nonprofit yoga partners include RBC Wealth Management in downtown Minneapolis and the Mental Health Resource center in the Seward neighborhood.

Aerial yoga is performed using “silks” to provide a challenging yoga experience above ground (just a foot or so!).
